Coventry BS updates buy-to-let range

Your MortgageCoventry Building Society has relaunched its buy-to-let range including two and five year fixed rates and flex for term options.
The mutual is offering a 2.69% flexx for term variable rate at 65% LTV, with a £250 booking fee a £1,749 arrangement fee and no Early Repayment Charges (ERCs).
The range also includes a 3.49% two-year fixed rate at 65% LTV with a £250 booking fee and no arrangement fee and a five-year 3.99% fixed rate at 65% LTV with a £250 booking fee and a £1,749 arrangement fee.
